In my effort to
constantly have the upper edge in my profession, the
Dynamic Edge has been a valuable tool for both my
rehabilitation and sports-specific strength and endurance
conditioning. The Dynamic Edge helped me to develop
explosive lateral power as well as strengthening my
lower extremity tendons and ligaments to fight off
injury. It improved my proprioception from previous
injury as well as my balance, coordination, and plyometric
ability all while improving my VO2 max. I cant
think of any one piece of equipment that has done
more for me than the Dynamic Edge. Marquis Grissom
Outfielder San Franciso Giants
Using the Dynamic
Edge, Ive increased my lower body strength and
balance. This has helped me put the finishing touches
on my off-season strength and conditioning program
as I prepared for the season. Duce Staley

The Dynamic Edge
is an excellent training device that has helped me
gain quickness in my lateral movements on the court.
It has also helped to rehab my ankle sprain, preventing
further injuries and improving my stability while
playing tennis. The Dynamic Edge has also helped me
to achieve coordination, balance, agility and strength
of my lower legs. The Dynamic Edge is a very challenging
workout. The lateral movements against resistance
on the Dynamic Edge has developed the strength I need
to improve my game of tennis. Andy Roddick

Thank you for introducing
us to the Dynamic Edge. We have had the machine in
our training room now for about 6 months and have
found many settings for its use. It is a great adjunct
to our current equipment and we continue to find new
uses for it. Brad C. Brown, ATC
Head Athletic Trainer Tennessee Titans
Our Dynamic Edge
has given us a superior tool for rehabilitation and
conditioning for our players. Our game involves extreme
stress on the lower body, groin, back and hips. The
Dynamic Edge has provided us with an exceptional tool
that can be used early in a rehab program to get our
players back on the field. The Dynamic Edge has helped
get our players into the game with improved strength
and balance." John D. Pease
Asst. Head Coach Jacksonville Jaguar
Without a doubt,
the Dynamic Edge is a necessary addition to everyones
conditioning and rehabilitating programs. Its
safe, easy to understand and players enjoy the positive
results. All baseball players can benefit from the
Dynamic Edge. I use it for 30 second bouts for my
infielders. This is a great machine to use as an adjunct,
in the off-season, to maintain ones quad strength,
balance, and endurance." John Adam ATC
Head Athletic Trainer Milwaukee Brewers
Dynamic Edge provides
a great alternative to linear training methods. Baseball
is a sport which requires explosive lateral movement,
and this machine helps our players train in this fashion.
Pitchers as well as athletes playing any position
can benefit from this machine, and we use it for both
cardiovascular and speed-strength workouts. It also
can be used as a rehabilitation tool for those needing
non-impact exercise. Dynamic Edge has been a great
addition to our sport-specific training program. Allen Wirtala, ATC, CSCS

Thank you for introducing
the Dynamic Edge to the Steadman Hawkins Denver Clinic.
My staff has utilized the machine as an excellent
introduction to non-impact lateral agility work. The
Dynamic Edge is a nice adjunct to our current closed
chain and functional program. Mike Allen PT, ATC, CSCS

The Dynamic Edge
is a tremendous training tool for an athlete who needs
to work on lateral movements. Its the only machine
that Ive seen that allows an athlete to do this,
whether it is an athlete recovering from a lower extremity
injury or an athlete looking to improve strength and
or endurance. I also like the fact, that when using
the machine the athlete pushes off the inner edge
of the foot to produce force. This is an important
training principle when it comes to teaching lateral
movements in athletics. The muscles of the pelvis
(hips, abdominal, and lower back) are strengthened
because they are being used in order to maintain balance
on the machine. I highly recommend the machine as
part of any training program that includes lateral
movements, balance, endurance and power. Barry Heyden, CSCS
Director of Strength and Conditioning
NY Mets Baseball Club
Thank you for introducing
the San Diego Padres to the Dynamic Edge. In the short
period of time that we have had it, we have found
the Dynamic Edge can provide our players with all
benefits that you claimed it would offer. With our
high-profile outfielder coming off a season ending
knee surgery last year, we were looking for assistance
with improving his leg strength without a great deal
of ground impact. The Dynamic Edge was perfect as
a low-impact ballistic exercise implemented early
in Spring Training. The additional benefit he received
from balancing on the lateral moving platform had
a carry-over effect, he says, to his hitting. It gave
him confidence on his weight shift throughout his
swinging motion.
We have encouraged our pitchers to use the Dynamic
Edge and break up their cardio conditioning routines.
A few of the position players will get on to warm
up and fire their hips with the lateral change of
direction. Also, our plans are to progress all of
our lower body rehabs through a conditioning period
using the Dynamic Edge.
For body control in motion, lateral quickness/speed,
lower body strengthening and general cardio conditioning,
the Dynamic Edge has proven to be a useful tool in
our conditioning/rehab program. Thanks again for providing
us with the Dynamic Edge and its unique benefits." Bill Henry, C.S.C.S., A.T.C.
