The Dynamic Edge® RPM Total
The Dynamic Edge RPM Total includes the same items as the Dynamic Edge RPM Plus. However, it also includes a 2nd Assistant Coach Balance Bar, a Progressive Resistance Cord kit and a Dynamic Edge Core Power™ weighted vest. This machine provides core muscle strengthening and improved muscle balance and function with the use of resistance cords. The weighted vest increases intensity while performing exercises on the Dynamic Edge.

Dynamic Edge RPM Total includes:

1) Second Assistant Coach™ Balance Bar
The second Assistant Coach balance bar is for added balance and allows the therapist/trainer the option of implementing resistance from multiple heights and angles with the included Progressive Resistance Cord Kit.

2) Dynamic Edge Core Power™
Increase the intensity of any session with the addition of the Core Power weighted vest. This is the best fitting, most comfortable weighted vest available. The Core Power is designed to conform to any size frame and is adjustable to 39 lbs in 1/2 lb increments. (Comes standard with 20 lbs)

    Flexible Weights
1/2 lb flexible weights are evenly distributed throughout the form fitting vest to eliminate weight shifting during activities. The user can perform exercises comfortably and safely with these flexible rubber weights.

3) Progressive Resistance Cord Kit
The Progressive Resistance Cord Kit allows the therapist/trainer to create isolated progressive resistance to the knee, hip and pelvic core musculature of patients. The kit includes: 3 color coded resistance cords, one knee/thigh belt, one waist belt and attachments for the Assistant Coach Balance Bars.

3 Color Coded Resistance Cords
3 color coded resistance cords allow the option of implementing isolated progressive resistance at different levels.

Assistant Coach Balance Bar Attachments
These attachments allow the option of implementing isolated progressive resistance from multiple heights and angles.

  Thigh/Knee & Waist Belts
Implement isolated progressive resistance to the knee, hip and pelvic core musculature with the thigh/knee and waist belts.

4) The Upper Body Edge™
The Upper Body Edge allows the therapist/trainer to accomplish a number of exercises including shoulder strengthening & stabilization as well as alternate core muscle conditioning activities. The dual hand positions can be adjusted quickly into 7 different width positions. Plus, the inner handles will allow the therapist to spot/control patients upper body movements

5) 2 Tilt Board Angulating Footpads
The Dynamic Edge accomplishes balance and coordination training by using individual tilt boards to stand on while performing side-to-side sliding movements. The 2 independent-action footpads allow medial/lateral tilting.

6) Slide Board Aluminum Slide Plate
The Aluminum slide plate allows the 2 independent-action footpads to be adjusted quickly into 8 stance positions. This also offers the trainer the ability to change to the Upper Body Edge

7) Assistant Coach Balance Bar
The Assistant Coach Balance Bar is provided for balance throughout the stages of rehab. It also provides the option of variable locations for resistance cords.

8) 13 Quick Change Progressive Resistance
Quick release pins for immediate changing of resistance to any one of 13 different levels to accommodate all ages and abilities

Advanced Strengthening
Resistance cords attached to the upper leg provide resistance for internal and external rotation and abduction and adduction of the femur during the lateral movements. Resistance cords can also be attached to a waist belt giving resistance to the pelvis and lumbar spine through lateral movements. Advanced core muscle strengthening exercises can be performed using an exercise ball with the Upper Body Edge. While performing core stabilization exercises on the Dynamic Edge, a weighted vest provides increased intensity resistance.

Exercises in addition to those available with the Dynamic Edge RPM and the Dynamic Edge RPM Plus.
Core stabilization resistance can be added from 4 different directions & angles.
Left hip external rotation resistance abduction.

Advanced side-to-side core stabilization using resistance cords and Upper Body Edge.
